🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GK Numeroiz, all of our services are highly personalized, intuitive, and time-sensitive. To maintain the integrity of our sessions and respect both our clients’ and practitioners’ time, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the spiritual and consultative nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on any services once the session is delivered or initiated. This includes readings, healing therapies, name corrections, business consultations, and all forms of energy or ritual work.

Each session involves significant time, preparation, and energy work tailored specifically to you, which cannot be undone or reassigned.

2. Session Cancellation

You may cancel a session by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your session at the earliest possible time, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be considered as a missed session, and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We allow one free reschedule per booking. Further changes may not be accommodated or may incur additional charges.

4. Missed Appointments

Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will be marked as a “No Show” and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

5. Cancellation by GK Numeroiz

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and we will offer a full reschedule or refund—depending on your preference.
